The Results of the Best of 2008

Voting has ended, and we have our top 3 winners.  Congratulations to Brooke and Corey!  They won the contest with 153 votes out of 600.  They will receive a free 8×10 of their wedding picture and will be able to schedule a free mini-session in 2009.  Congratulations to our second and third place winners- Aiden and Ethan.  They were not far behind and will each receive a free 8×10.  Thanks to everyone who stopped by to vote.  I heard from a few of you that the voting got a bit competitive at times.  I hope you all had fun with it!  We look forward to seeing what great pictures 2009 will bring!

More From the Comcast Holiday Party

Here are a few candids from the Comcast Holiday party.  Lots or employees came decked out in awesome 80’s dresses and suits.  There was lots of dancing, prizes, and fun.  There was even a Prom King and Prom Queen of the party!

Winter Party

Kristy and I got to shoot the Comcast winter party this weekend at the Knoxville Convention Center. It was set-up like an 80’s prom.  Here are a few of the posed shots.  We also did some candid shots of people dancing and having a good time. Kristy will post those soon!

The Best of 2008!

Family of Four

I took these pictures for a family of four last weekend at the World’s Fair Park.  It was actually a really nice day – near 60 degrees.  Some of the waterfalls were off, and there was not a whole lot of color, but I think we got some good ones. Here are a few:

The New Year

We’re starting off the New Year with a bang.  We would like to thank all of our friends and family for their support!  We appreciate you spreading the word and helping get our name out there!  Many of you have referred clients to us.  We would like to thank you by offering you some free prints either from a previous session or a new one.  If you have already referred someone to us, or if you do so this year, we would like to give you a mini-package including one 8×10, two 5×7s and 16 wallets.

We have also started off the New Year by upgrading our photo sessions to full price.  However, if you would like to take advantage of our 2008 discounted prices, contact us as soon as possible to schedule a tentative date for your session.

Ryan and Kerry- Whitestone Inn

We had a great time photographing Ryan and Kerry’s wedding.  Everything was so pretty and elegant.  Like Amy said, Kerry was so relaxed and everything seemed to fall into place with no effort.  That’s the sign of a well-planned wedding.  We had another wet wedding day and did not get to take advantage of the beautiful grounds at the Whitestone.  At least the rain had stopped.  Here is a quick preview of the photos.  Thanks for letting us be a part of your wedding day!

New Year Wedding

Here are a few from the wedding we got to shoot at the Whitestone Inn in Kingston, TN, the day after New Year’s.  It was a really pretty place on Watts Bar Lake.  Kerry was a super-relaxed bride.  I think everything went well.

Rehearsal Dinner

I got to shoot Lee & Carson’s wedding rehearsal dinner the night after Christmas. It was at the Orangery, and was georgous. They got the married the next day at the Tennessee Theater. The rehearsal dinner was crowded but everyone had a great time.  There was lots of wine, cheer and laughter…and even a little Jewish dance by some friends of the family. Congratulations Lee & Carson, and have fun in Hawaii!
